Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped from the United States. Estimated delivery time is 6–13 business days after order confirmation, including 1–3 business days for order processing and 5–10 business days for transit.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $79 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $79 have a flat shipping fee of $8.99.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered. Products must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and all included accessories.

How do I start a return?

Please contact us first at service@rengu.shop before shipping anything back. We will provide return instructions and approval. Do not ship items without confirmation from our customer service team.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or another personal reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, Rengu will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Products

Where are your hats made?

Our hats are manufactured by Yiwu Rengu Apparel Factory in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. Orders are shipped from the United States.

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to the size guide on each product page. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us with your head circumference measurement.

What materials are used?

We use carefully selected materials, including straw, felt, cotton, linen fiber, and polyester, depending on the style. Detailed material information is provided on each product page.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system and applicable payment providers.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You may request cancellation or changes before your order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellation are usually not possible.
